Orla is a record-keeping tool for symptoms, cycles, hormone therapy, and supplements.

Orla is not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition, and it does not give medical advice. It has not been evaluated or approved by any medicines or medical device regulator.

Everything Orla shows you is a record of what you entered, presented back to you. Counts, dates, timelines, and summaries reflect your own entries and no more. They can be incomplete, and they carry no clinical meaning on their own.

Wearable readings shown from Apple Health come from your device and are displayed as recorded. Orla does not assess their accuracy and does not check them against any clinical range.

Decisions about your health, including starting, stopping, or changing hormone therapy or any other treatment, belong with a doctor, nurse, or pharmacist who knows your history. Do not make or delay such a decision on the basis of anything in this app.

If you have symptoms that concern you, or that are new, severe, or persistent, speak to a healthcare professional. In an emergency, contact your local emergency services. Do not use Orla for anything urgent.

The PDF Orla produces is a personal record intended to help you describe your experience during an appointment. It is not a medical record, not a clinical report, and not a referral document. Your clinician decides what weight to give it.

Orla is provided as it is. We make no warranty as to the accuracy or completeness of anything displayed, including data read from Apple Health, and to the extent permitted by law we exclude liability for decisions made in reliance on it.
